WholeGL 0.3 is out

WholeGL allows your program to automagically loads any OpenGL extension found in your driver.

Changes: - Splitted GLInitialize() so that you can call your OpenGL initialization stuff before querying capabilities.
- Added extensions aliasing.
- Reports core OpenGL version depending on available features, not the version number the driver reports (as it always reports OpenGL 1.0 on Windows systems even if everything requested by OpenGL1.3 is available)
